Raising the Consciousness is a radio show that provides simple solutions for conscious living. Our mission is to inspire Global Change through Individual Action.

The show is hosted by Susan Shehata of Sacred Rearrangements and Colleen Buckman of Fair Trade Om. The segments include:

  • Voices For the Mother: the artist's voice as a path to change

  • Integration: education and tips for integrating healing and awareness into our daily lives

  • Space Guru: how to simplify and adapt our external environment to meet our internal needs and life goals.

Raising the Consciousness is here to inspire, uplift and educate. We gather potent guests and useful information so that people can live closer to their dreams and remember that this life is our creation.

 

First Annual Twin Cities Kirtan Fest

First Annual Twin Cities Kirtan Festival Featuring local kirtan bands, vendors and artists!

Saturday, February 6th; 4pm-10pm
                                                                         Lake Harriet Spiritual Community,                          4401 Uptown Ave. S.; Minneapolis

$8 suggested donation (children under 12 are free); Tickets available at door

The festival will include six to eight local bands, a collection of yoga and spirituality related artists and vendors, including clothing, jewelry and meditation items, as well as food. It will also feature a silent auction with proceeds from the auction going to benefit the radio show, “Raising the Consciousness,” which airs at 1 p.m. Sundays on AM 950. It will be an open house event where people will be free to come and go as they wish.

The event is produced by Sacred Rearrangements and Fair Trade OM, producers of “Raising the Consciousness,” as well as Pete Luellen and the Friends of Lord Krishna.
